Cancellation Policy
WHEN BOOKING ANY SERVICE, YOU AGREE & ACKNOWLEDGE THE FOLLOWING : Please give a notice of 48 hours when cancelling or rescheduling your appointment. Failure to do so will result in 50% of the service price. No-shows will result in 100% service price (fees are non-refundable). You are given a 10 minute grace period after the start time of your appointment. After 10 minutes, you will be marked as a no-show (refer to the no-show policy) and will need to reschedule.
